Magnetic Separator

A wet type permanent magnetic separator for separating strong magnetic minerals.

Product Working Principles
It is composed of racks, permanent cylinders, gear, feeding ore box, trough, washing water device,magnetic adjustment device,etc. The magnetic system is suspended on the mandrel and the support device will directly fall on the frame shaft seat. With the magnetic system adjustment device, the magnetic system deflection angle can be adjusted within a certain range. Due to the large diameter of the cylinder type magnetic separator, the feeding and discharging are smooth and even, and the selection is stable. The recovery selection effect is good. Meanwhile, due to the long cylinder diameter, the rotating speed is low, therefore the operation is more stable and reliable with small noise and convenient maintenance .

Operation Steps:

1. When the feeding slurry was sent to magnetic field area, its strong magnetic ore particles would be attracted on the surface of this cylinder drum;

2. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic ore particles would be discharged and dumped;

3. The strong magnetic ore particles that attracted on the surface will roll with this cylinder drum;

4. When they departed from the magnetic field area, the washing water will pump into the concentrate slot. to wash out the ferrous impurity;

5. Then the separation work finished.
