Program controlled water-cooling Magnet Separator Machine 30000 Gauss Adjustable for kaolin feldspar ceramic slurry
Product features:

Operation process:
1) connect the power, then turn on the feeding pipe valve and the slurry outlet valve.
2) turn off the slurry return valve and iron discharging valve, and then magnetizing.
3) after a few minutes (you can set the time base on your needs),turn off the feeding pipe valve and the slurry outlet valve, and turn on the slurry return valve to discharge the remaining slurry in the WS-G500 model separator.
4) stop magnetizing, turn off the feeding pipe valve, the slurry outlet valve and the slurry return valve.
5) open the iron discharging valve to discharge the Fe impurities that are attracted on the magnetic medium.
